HOW TO FIND A PRODUCT:
In order to find a specific product or a category of products, click on the product on the menu bar located on the left side of the page.
HOW TO ORDER:
- When you find a product you would like to purchase, add the item to your shopping cart by the Add to Basket icon. The items in your shopping cart will be displayed. You may continue shopping by clicking on the Continue Shopping icon located at the bottom of the page. You may also proceed to the checkout by Clicking on the Continue button.
- Please fill out all of the information with your billing and shipping information. If you would like to change the shipping address, click on Current Shipping Address and enter the new information.
- Review your Shopping Cart contents. To specify the number of candles/candle products you wish to purchase, change the number in the Qty box and press ENTER. You may only change the quantity of item at a time. You will need to repeat this step for each item you wish to change.
- You may like to add more candles/products to your Shopping Cart. You may do so at anytime by clicking on the Continue Shopping button. The contents of your Shopping Cart will remain while you are shopping.
- When you are ready to place your order, select your preferred shipping method and click the Order Now Button.
- Select the method of payment you would like to use to pay for your candles/products. You may use PayPal, Visa, Discover and MasterCard. For your protection, we offer only “secure” ordering when you give your credit card information over the Internet.
- If you chose to pay via credit card, please fill out the credit card information form and press the Submit button. If you chose to pay via PayPal, click on the PayPal button and follow their directions for payment.
- Tobey’s Candles does not accept cash or money orders

At Tobey’s Candles we stand behind our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS AND CREDITS:
All claims must be made within 5 days from the date of receiving merchandise. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Returned or refused shipments may subject to a 20% restocking fee.
SECURITY AND PROTECTION:
At Tobey’s Candle we respect your privacy and are committed to its protection. We consider all information regarding our customers and their orders to be personal and confidential. Tobey’s Candles will not disclose or sell our customer’s information to any outside organization for solicitation purposes. Tobey’s Candles will use the information which we have received from our customers only to help provide the customer with better service and/or to track orders.
Occasionally, Tobey’s Candles will send out an email to all of our customers to share about our new products, promotions or information that may be of interest to you. Should you wish to discontinue this service, send Tobey’s Candles an email at customerservice@tobeyscandles.com.
With Tobey’s Candles it is now safer to use your credit card online. In order to provide a completely secure shopping experience, Tobey’s Candles resides on a Secure Commerce Server.
SHIPPING:
Tobey’s Candles will make every effort to fill orders and ensure their arrival in a timely fashion. Our orders are generally filled within 48-72 hours. It usually takes additional 1 to 6 business days for UPS or Freight Company to deliver your package.
However, since many of Tobey’s Candles are handmade to order, our craftsmen/manufacturer may require additional time to produce the quality product that we demand. Please allow extra time for delivery through the Holidays.
Tobey's Candles offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more. The shipping rates quoted for shipments apply to Continental United States only. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and international countries, contact us at customerservice@tobeyscandles.com.
Should an item be on back order, we will notify you by email and send your full order when the back ordered item arrives. If you would want us to ship your order without the back ordered item, please notify us by email. The back ordered item will be shipped when it arrives; however, shipping and handling costs must be applied to each separate shipment.
